Diana is an Executive Search Associate in our New York office, supporting leadership searches across the construction and renewable energy industries. She partners closely with the team to identify leaders who bring the judgment, adaptability, and character that help organizations succeed from day one.
Her path into executive search is grounded in a real fascination with people and leadership. Diana will graduate with a Master's in Human Capital Management from Columbia University in December 2026, and she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Toronto.
Together they give her a strong foundation in how leadership, culture, and organizational strategy connect, and she approaches every search with the belief that the right hire is about far more than matching experience to a job description.
Diana has earned the AESC Certificate in Executive Research and completed the AESC Workshop Series in Best Practices in Executive Search, deepening the research discipline behind every engagement. She stays close to the wider search and human capital community, regularly taking part in industry conversations that connect academic insight with real leadership decisions.
Having lived and worked across three countries, Diana brings a global perspective and a talent for building relationships quickly. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, with working knowledge of French and Spanish.
Based in New York, she supports searches nationwide.
