Paul is recognized for combining strategic vision with practical execution, bringing extensive experience in corporate governance, CEO leadership, talent strategy, organizational culture, and enterprise growth. He is a trusted advisor to CEOs, executive leadership teams, and boards seeking to strengthen organizational performance while preparing the next generation of leadership.

Paul is an author, a father, and an avid fly fisherman. He earned an MS from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University in Geology & Geophysics.
