With more than 15 years of experience across engineering, scientific, and real estate sectors, Stephanie brings both depth and versatility to her role. She has held high-impact positions at ManpowerGroup’s Experis Engineering & Scientific division, Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry company, and Allstate.
Her recruiting success spans from technical specialists to C-suite executives, and her consultative style consistently earns the trust of business leaders.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked as an Associate at TRANSEARCH, executing retained searches for clients in renewable energy, infrastructure, and private equity. She returned to the firm in 2025 after two years abroad, now focused on expanding TRANSEARCH’s presence in the Food & Beverage and Scientific sectors.
Stephanie is known for her ability to identify not just qualified leaders, but leaders who elevate culture, strategy, and performance. She is a Certified Search Professional (CSP®) and attended Ohio Wesleyan University.
