As Director at TRANSEARCH USA, Stephanie supports clients through retained executive search, organizational development, and leadership consulting. Her work is grounded in the firm's proprietary RENEW tools, which help align leadership strategy, team dynamics, and company culture with business outcomes.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning power and energy, engineering and infrastructure, scientific, and food & beverage sectors, Stephanie brings both depth and versatility to her role, with significant experience supporting private equity-backed and growth-oriented organizations. She has held high-impact positions at ManpowerGroup's Experis Engineering & Scientific division, Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry company, and Allstate.
Her recruiting experience spans technical and operational leadership through the C-suite, and her consultative approach has enabled her to build trusted relationships with executives, boards, and investors.
Stephanie's expertise in Power & Energy traces back to her earlier work as an Associate at TRANSEARCH, where she executed retained searches for clients across the renewable energy and infrastructure landscape, including private equity-backed organizations. She returned to the firm in 2025 and now leads TRANSEARCH USA's Power & Energy practice, supporting clients across the broader energy ecosystem as they navigate growth, investment, evolving technologies, and leadership transformation.
In addition to Power & Energy, Stephanie continues to work with clients across Food & Beverage and other industrial and technical markets.
Stephanie is known for her ability to identify not just qualified executives, but leaders who can elevate culture, strategy, and performance. She is a Certified Search Professional (CSP®) and attended Ohio Wesleyan University.
