With 30 years of executive search experience in the industry, Chris leads Board and C-Suite level assignments and understands what it takes to Get It Right and attract candidates that others cannot.

Chris comes from a family dedicated to service. He brings a deep interest and concern for people and leverages this passion when learning about the motivations of the candidates he recruits and the client relationships he creates. Chris is a runner, a father, and a volunteer. He earned an MBA from the Liautaud School of Business at the University of Illinois-Chicago and has a Bachelor’s degree from Drake University in Economics & Political Science.
