Cynthia has over 30 years of experience in Executive Search, Business Development, and Leadership Consulting. She has recruited leadership talent for a variety of industries including Mining, Energy, Chemicals, Technology, and Industrial Automation.

As a senior recruiter with TRANSEARCH, Cynthia is responsible for client and search management, candidate development, and integrating top executive talent throughout North America and throughout Latin America.

Cynthia is extraordinary at helping clients select outstanding leaders and integrates C-Suite executives into high-performing organizations. She attracts leaders with global backgrounds from multinational corporations and disruptive startups.

Cynthia has a Master’s degree in International Management from the Hult International in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she graduated with honors. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys hiking mountains, practicing yoga, and rambling through the city or countryside with her two rescued dogs. She is both a US and Mexican citizen, and fluent in Spanish.
