Target Research Timeframe: 2 Weeks Host the kick-off meeting to discuss the company and team culture. Define the executive job requirements in detail to ensure alignment on the leadership role and expectations. Write search strategy and position description. Conduct Hogan Assessment with the hiring manager and provide feedback. Identify potential candidates and target companies.

Candidate Outreach Timeframe: 2 Weeks Identify and approach potential candidates, considering a large number of prospects to ensure a comprehensive search. Conduct initial phone interviews to determine initial fit. Share longlist report. Host Longlist Progress call and determine individuals who will be developed further.

Short List

Candidate Interviews Timeframe: 3 Weeks Conduct video interviews and qualify candidates. Our team conducts interviews to thoroughly evaluate each candidate, ensuring they not only meet the skill requirements and cultural alignment but also possess future-ready leadership capabilities. We assess candidates for adaptability, strategic thinking, and potential to drive long-term success in a changing business landscape. Write Profiles for shortlisted candidates. Host bi-weekly progress calls to discuss the next steps.

Client Interviews

Assessments Timeframe: 5 Weeks Facilitate first-round interviews, ensuring senior leaders are actively involved in the interview and assessment process to evaluate cultural fit and strategic alignment. Establish direct contact with top candidates during this stage to streamline communication and ensure a transparent recruitment process. Continue recruiting and developing additional candidates if needed. Conduct Hogan Assessment with top candidates and provide feedback.

Offer Negotiation

Integration Timeframe: 2 Weeks Conduct reference checks on final candidates. Assist with offer negotiation and confirm a start date. Support resignation and departure plan. Provide dedicated support to executives as they transition into C-suite roles, ensuring a smooth integration into senior leadership positions. Follow-up with the Placement and Hiring manager during the first 30 days, six months, and 12 months.
