Challenge
Prior to engaging TRANSEARCH as their executive search partner, a leading climate-positive private equity firm faced a significant challenge in finding a suitable candidate to head their grid-scale investment team.
Despite their best efforts to network and fill the role themselves, the organization struggled to attract a pool of candidates who could effectively handle the portfolio deals they were pursuing.
This challenge was exacerbated by several factors, including the company’s small size at the time, (approximately 80-85 employees), and the absence of an internal talent attraction team.
